MS Neurological Screening Questionnaire (MSNQ) by Ralph Benedict
This questionnaire when completed by either a patient to an individual well-acquainted
with the patient's neuropsychological status, is an effective screening tool to identify
cognitive dysfunction in the clinical setting. The MSNQ should not replace formal
neuropsychology evaluation, but rather be used to identify people likely to have
impairments.
