The authors of the slide kit are Kathleen Costello, RN, MS, NP, MSCN, Clinical Director at the University of Maryland Center for MS, and Hillel Panitch, MD, Professor of Neurology at the University of Vermont College of Medicine. The field kit was supported through an educational grant from Teva Neuroscience and has been reviewed by the External Communications Committee of the IOMSN for fair-balance.
