Course Description |
This program is designed to prepare multiple sclerosis
nurses for their International Organization Multiple Sclerosis Nurses
(IOMSN) certification board examination. The MS nursing certification
provides formal recognition of a level of knowledge in the field and
focuses on the domains of:

Clinical Practice (for example, disease course
and epidemiology of MS, pathology, diagnosis)
-
Advocacy (such as ethical practice, knowledge
of community resources, patient rights)
-
Education (such as principles of teaching and
learning, professional development)
-
Research (for example, evidence based
practice, research terminology and process)
